As much as I would like to rip on the White Sox and their lack of hitting, you have to tip your cap to Zach Grienke. The guy is just a stud pitcher. And stud pitchers will almost always be better than good or stud hitters.
You also have to tip your cap to Gavin Floyd with his performance. He did his job keeping the White Sox in the game. Hopefully he keeps it up and quiets his critics, the ones that called him a one year wonder.
I have to admit that i missed Scott Podsednik yesterday. These are the types of games that he could walk or bunt his way on and manufacture a run. Those days are over though and instead we have to watch our leadoff hitter strike out.
